Josef Pilates created the Ladder Barrel for specific stretching and strengthening exercises that require a lot of skill and flexibility from the practitioner. Well-known exercises can be easily integrated; side sit-ups, for example, get a new kick. With the Ladder Barrel you can, among other things, specifically train your core muscles, expand your flexibility and train your balance.
