Delivery and returns
The delivery time for our products is usually between 3 and 4 weeks. However, please note that delivery time may change depending on product and availability. We basically offer you two options:
- Shipping: With this option, your order will be securely packaged and sent via a shipping company. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, but is typically between 3 and 7 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that shipping by courier may incur additional shipping costs, calculated depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Pick up at our warehouse: If you are near our warehouse in 24802 Emkendorf near Kiel or have the opportunity to pick up your order in person, you can choose this option. As soon as your order is processed and ready for pickup, you will receive a notification from us. Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation with you when picking up.
Please note that international orders may incur additional shipping costs and customs fees. These costs vary depending on the destination country and are not included in the shipping costs stated when ordering.
Please also note that orders with color requests other than the standard black color are custom-made and do not have the right to return.
